1. Introduction
Welcome to MS Tech Solution. We provide digital services including website development, UI/UX, hosting setup, and more. These terms explain how we work with clients to keep things smooth and fair.
2. Project Start
- Every project begins after an advance payment of 50%–60% of the total amount.
- Advance amount confirms your booking and timeline.
- Advance payments are non-refundable.
3. Balance Payment
- The remaining 40%–50% must be paid before final delivery.
- Payment must be completed within 7 days after project completion notice.
- After 15 days of non-payment:
- Access may be restricted or paused.
- A late fee of 5% per month may apply.
4. Revisions
- Each project includes 2 free rounds of revisions.
- Further changes or out-of-scope work will incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all content, feedback, and approvals promptly.
- Project timelines depend on timely responses.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- If the client cancels mid-project, advance is non-refundable.
- If delivery is not possible from our end (rare), a partial refund may be discussed.
7. Delivery
- After receiving full payment, the project will be:
- Hosted and deployed using our own purchased hosting panel
- Domain will be connected and configured (if provided by the client)
- Final delivery is considered complete once the website is live and fully functional.
8. Intellectual Property
- All work belongs to MS Tech Solution until full payment is received.
- Once paid, full rights are transferred to the client.
- Completed work may be showcased in our portfolio (unless requested otherwise).
9. Confidentiality
Client data, content, and information are treated confidentially. We do not share client details without consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
MS Tech Solution is not responsible for losses due to external hosting, third-party services, or unforeseen bugs. Our liability is limited to the project fee paid.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in your local jurisdiction.
